ABOUT US

Experience that connects
strategy to delivery.

ArcPoint Advisory is an independent, founder-led practice helping organizations lead through change, strengthen performance, and turn strategic choices into action.

OWNER & FOUNDER

Executive perspective.
Practical leadership.

Ed Engles, ArcPoint’s founder, is a consulting executive and business leader with more than two decades of experience translating strategy into growth, operating plans, and enterprise transformation. Previous roles at global consulting and technology services firms spanned Americas consulting leadership, North American practice leadership, regional market leadership, and major client account management.

Ed has held accountability for revenue, margin, talent, and delivery; led consulting teams numbering in the hundreds; and built global customer operations employing thousands. That experience brings together commercial discipline, executive alignment, operating model change, and the development of senior leaders.

Work has included enterprise AI programs, post-merger service integration, cloud platform modernization, and customer operations across telecommunications, financial services, healthcare, retail, and consumer products. ArcPoint brings this background to executive leadership, turnaround and performance improvement, transformation, technology evolution, and business strategy.
